SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., April 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ – Safe Communications, Inc. (SGTB) issued an announcement today making law enforcement and schools aware of their web site, www.AnonymousTips.com, one of the only totally anonymous reporting systems available that is free to all users. The Tips line has been growing rapidly, with over 1000 school systems and law enforcement agencies currently signed up to the service. Rather than an 800 number call in system, where the caller could be identified by voice recognition, AnonymousTips is an email system, where a person that wants to send an email signs directly on to the Tips site. When they send the email to the chosen school or law agency, they are sending it from the Tips site and using the Tips IP number, blocking theirs from being detectable or traceable. With this system, it is more likely that people will trust it and not fear sending in tips. Numerous life threatening and serious situations have been averted in various schools as a result of AnonymousTips.

The company also advised parents to look at their child safe website, www.MouseMail.com, for children that are just starting to use the Internet. MouseMail is an emailing and texting system where children can only be in contact with people approved by the parent, and all emails and text messages are screened for inappropriate or sexual content. Any messages to or from the child that are not approved will be diverted to the parent. MouseMail currently has approximately 300,000 users. Registration is free.

www.Kuboo.com, a 3D virtual world for children, also provides safety by only allowing contact in the world by others pre-approved by that parent. Kuboo is currently in beta testing and will be fully launched in the near future. Kuboo is also being prepared to launch in China as soon as possible. Safe’s China partner has sent the head of their technology group to Safe’s corporate office to expedite the transition to Chinese.

Press Release Source: Safe Communications, Inc. On Tuesday Feb 16, 2012

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Feb. 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Safe Communications, Inc. (Pink Sheets: SGTB.pk) announced today that multi-media mogul, actor, TV host and comedian Nick Cannon has partnered with Safe Communications as its spokesperson.

Cannon is scheduled to represent Safe Communications in a Congressional Briefing/Press Conference on Capitol Hill regarding child safety legislation, “Do Not Track Kids Act of 2011″ (H.R. 1895), to be held on March 7th. The conference is being chaired by Rep. Joe Barton (R-TX) and Rep. Ed Markey (D-TX) with many other Congressmen attending. Barton and Markey serve as Co-Chairmen of the Congressional Privacy Caucus. With over 5 million kids under the age of 10 on Facebook, children are exposed to outside exploitation and predators like never before. Safe Communications has been an active participant in the coalition behind the legislation. Cannon will also be the featured guest with the official launch of Safe’s new virtual world, Kuboo.com, in late March.

About Nick Cannon: In addition to overseeing many film and TV projects currently in development through his company, NCredible Entertainment, Cannon also serves as the CEO of teen magazine Celebrity High and is Chairman of TeenNick, Nickelodeon’s (subsidiary of Viacom) television network aimed at the teen audience. Cannon is host of NBC’s hit talent competition show “America”s Got Talent” as well as his own nationally syndicated Top 40 weekend countdown radio show called “Cannon’s Countdown.” He can also be seen as a series regular on the new Lorne Michaels (Saturday Night Live, 30 Rock) produced NBC scripted comedy show, “Up All Night,” opposite Maya Rudolph, Christina Applegate and Will Arnett, which airs Thursdays at 9:30 p.m. ET.

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Aug. 11, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — Safe Communications, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SGTB.pkNews) announced today that the company has launched its child safe video chat. The Video Chat will be a premium upgrade to the companies’ free email and web texting service, which gives parents the opportunity to teach children to responsibly interact with others while using online communications.

The new, patent pending technology will prevent children from having any contacts via video without the parent first approving the contact. The MouseMail chat can be used safely and easily by the youngest children, allowing them to create a video chat with another person simply by clicking on the person’s picture, while preventing anyone from contacting the child unless pre-approved by a parent.

The MouseMail technology is geared to the youngest children first learning to use computers, giving them the ability to safely contact close friends and family members. MouseMail.com currently has Emailing and Web Texting that was created for children between the ages of 4 and 11 to protect them from, sexting, bullying and pedophiles, by blocking any contacts not approved by the parent or any correspondence with derogatory content. That, combined with the new Video Chat technology, gives a child full protection while using the Internet for communicating with others.

Press Release Source: Safe Communications, Inc. On Monday June 13, 2011, 8:00 am EDT

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., June 13, 2011 /PRNewswire/ —Safe Communications, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SGTB.pkNews) announced today that its NCAP Security Systems subsidiary, soon to merge into the recently purchased Northsight Capital, Inc. (OTC BB:NCAP.obNews), has launched its new website and product, MaskMail.com.

MaskMail.com utilizes a proprietary technology whereby employees, vendors, suppliers, customers and others can report issues and problems to a business/organization’s management through its web site, or telephone, while remaining totally anonymous. Problems such as: employee theft, sexual harassment, fraud, discrimination, workplace violence, workplace safety, violations of the company’s code of conduct, and many others. Issues that if not caught early, could cost a company/organization, time, money, litigation, and loss of reputation.

Chuck Vance, NCAP President, stated: ”Most employees are reluctant to step forward and report problems that they see or hear in the workplace for fear of being ostracized, ridiculed, or retaliated against by their fellow employees, or even management. MaskMail.com is a simple, inexpensive, and effective way to give them the assurance that they need that their identity will not be revealed to management unless they elect to do so. Far superior to in-house reporting systems, (which are suspect by the employee), MaskMail.com likely will dramatically improve the number and quality of reports submitted to management allowing them to become aware of, and respond to and correct activities, that might severely affect the health and welfare of the company/organization. The deterrent effect alone, using the MaskMail.com program, should recoup more than the cost of our service. An added benefit is that our product complies with the reporting requirements placed upon many companies by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.”

MaskMail.com is a small investment, for a large return.

Press Release Source: Safe Communications, Inc. On Thursday June 2, 2011, 8:00 am EDT

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., June 2, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — SAFE COMMUNICATIONS, INC., (Pink Sheets:SGTB.pkNews) (“Safe”) announced today that the company has completed its acquisition of Northsight Capital, Inc., a fully reporting OTCBB shell company (“NCAP”) (OTC Bulletin Board:NCAP.obNews). John P. Venners, President of Safe, was appointed interim President and a director of NCAP.

Safe currently intends to cause NCAP to complete a reverse merger with SAFE’s newly formed corporate security division, NCAP Security Systems, Inc. Once this transaction is consummated, as presently planned, Safe would retain an approximate 88% equity interest in NCAP, post merger. Under this plan, Safe would spin off of a major part of the post merger NCAP to shareholders of Safe as of a future record date (one share of NCAP for every two shares of Safe). Completion of any transaction involving NCAP would be subject to customary conditions, including board approvals.

The new division, which uses the “MaskMail” anonymous reporting technology (www.MaskMail.com), headed up by international security expert, Chuck Vance. Mr. Vance is also on Safe Communications’ Child Cyber Safety Advisory Board. It is contemplated that that new “MaskMail” website will be launched in the very near future.

MaskMail will employ the company’s anonymous reporting system to enable its customers to receive anonymous reports of theft and other wrongdoing. A recent National Retail Security Survey showed total retail losses cost businesses $33.5 billion last year. According to the survey, the largest percentage of retail shrinkage last year was due to employee theft, at $14.4 billion, accounting for 43 percent of total losses. In its 2010 Report to the Nations, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) said that corporate fraud cost the global economy more than $2.9 trillion in 2009. ACFE surveyed fraud examiners in 106 countries examining 1,843 cases of fraud to reach its conclusions.

EMPLOYEE THEFT A GROWING PROBLEM:

The FBI calls employee theft “the fastest growing crime in America!”

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce estimates that 75% of employees steal from the workplace and that most do so repeatedly.

One third of all U.S. corporate bankruptcies are directly caused by employee theft.

The American Society of Employers estimates that 20% of every dollar earned by a U.S. company is lost to employee theft.

The anonymous reporting system allows subscribers to set up anonymous emails for their employees and for customers to report wrongdoing at the workplace or bad service at their stores. Using its anonymous email capability, considered an advanced anonymous reporting technology, the system gives business owners the ability to set up an email template, address it to themselves or other management personnel, and allow workers to send that email to the management anonymously. The new division’s SMS (Short Message Service) system and its anonymous chat rooms afford law enforcement agencies the capability to correspond back and forth with citizens willing to pass on information as long as they are guaranteed anonymity. The anonymous chat rooms allow persons to sign in to a chat with law enforcement or corporate representatives, while remaining completely anonymous.

Press Release Source: Safe Communications Inc. On Tuesday May 31, 2011, 8:00 am EDT

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., May 31, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — Safe Communications, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SGTB.obNews) announced today that the number of registrants on their child safety site, MouseMail.com, is in excess of 200,000, more than double a month ago, a significant amount considering the site is still in its early stages. A new, improved version of MouseMail.com was released earlier this month and additional, greatly enhanced features are expected over the next 30 days. The company also plans several major marketing efforts starting the first of June, which they believe will significantly increase the user base.

MouseMail.com is a tool that allows parents to filter their child’s email and text messages for inappropriate language that is indicative of cyberbullying and/or sexting. The system blocks any outside users from contacting the child and allows communication to flow freely between approved users. The parents are only alerted if certain key words are detected and flagged.

The new, revised version of MouseMail.com focuses primarily on the first time users of the internet, 4-10 year olds. In addition to filtering messages, the site has age appropriate games, a reward driven point system leading to prizes, animation and related interactive educational tools.

John Venners, CEO of Safe Communications, Inc., said, “We are thrilled to see that more than 200,000 users have now registered for our free service. It is evident that the public is concerned about the growing epidemic surrounding cyberbullying and the benefits of having a free product like MouseMail.com available to them and their children.”

Dr. Robin Kowalski, Clemson University psychology professor/cyberbullying expert and Adviser to Safe Communications, confirmed that parents of “first time” users are perplexed on how best to protect their children as they enter the cyber world. “Educating both parents and children on the seriousness of unprotected access to digital communications early on is vital to help curb cyberbullying in their upcoming teenage years,” said Kowalski. According to Kowalski, “technology is permeating into kindergarten and even younger. It’s great that Safe Communications has risen to the challenge by providing a safe environment for young, first time users.”

Press Release Source: Safe Communications Inc. On Thursday May 26, 2011, 8:00 am EDT

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., May 26, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — A comprehensive web access portal specially designed for children under 10 is now available for first time users, MouseMail.com, a product of Safe Communications, Inc. (OTC:SGTB.obNews), the leading provider of technology safety applications for children, announced today. The service protects kids from online bullies and predators, a serious threat as outlined in a recent study showing that one million children under 13 were harassed or bullied on Facebook in the last year and more than five million Facebook users were under the age of 10.

“The Internet opens a lot of doors for children to learn and grow, but it unfortunately also makes them vulnerable to bullies and online predators,” said John Venners, president and CEO of Safe Communications Inc. “The Consumer Reports study identifies the problem. MouseMail.com is the solution.”

Safe Communications recently developed MouseMail.com, a free application that allows parents to filter their child’s email and text messages for inappropriate language that is indicative of cyberbullying and/or sexting. The system blocks any outside users from contacting the child and allows communication to flow freely between approved users.

MouseMail.com may also alert parents to questionable Facebook content that indicates potential problems. When something is posted to a child’s Facebook page, the child automatically receives an email notification with the posting in it. If the child is a MouseMail.com member using their MouseMail.com email address, the email with derogatory content will be diverted to the parent, alerting them to the posting to any sexual content or threats to the child, potentially before the child is even aware of it.

A Consumer Reports study released May 10 found that 7.5 million children under 13 years old have Facebook accounts, even though underage use is a violation of the site’s terms of service. More than 5 million users were under age 10.

“Children are discovering the Internet at younger and younger ages,” said Venners. “It’s virtually impossible – and potentially destructive – to try to prevent them from using the Internet at all. The key is to teach safe surfing and networking habits from the very beginning and keep lines of communication open so parents are aware of any potential problems as or before they arise.”

The study recommended several steps parents can take to protect their kids on Facebook, including monitoring the child’s account by becoming their “friend” or having the account deleted entirely, because users under 13-years-old are in violation of Facebook’s terms of service. It also stressed the importance of creating safe environments in which they can learn safe surfing habits.

In a Joint statement: Sara O’Meara, Chairman & CEO and Yvonne Fedderson, President of Childhelp commented:

“As the founders of Childhelp, we have witnessed fifty-one years of predators maximizing developing technology to stalk our children, groom them for abuse, and lure them away from friends and family towards harm. As our world grows more complex, we work diligently to stay one step ahead of abusers and provide families with safeguarding tools that give parents an edge. A service like MouseMail is an important part of that process. Key components of our prevention curriculum ‘Speak Up, Be Safe!’ are directly aligned with the innovative applications of MouseMail. We instruct children to seek help from adults and keep avenues of communication open with safe family members and friends. MouseMail encourages parents to initiate a dialogue about cyber-bullying and the possible perils of social networking. Childhelp promotes parent education and engagement. MouseMail teaches families how to protect their children by troubleshooting a technological minefield so that we do not have to become computer geniuses and private detectives to keep our little ones safe. Childhelp is committed to community awareness and partnerships, which is why we are enthusiastically supportive of the innovative safety solutions of MouseMail.”

John P. Venners, Safe Communications President stated: “We are honored to have a distinguished organization such as Childhelp teaming up with us in acquainting parents with young children to MouseMail.com, our website dedicated to child safety while emailing and texting.” Our future versions of MouseMail.com will be educational for children and will also offer guidelines and solutions to bullying to parents.

Launches Next Generation Technology as a Free Service to Protect Children from Undesirable and Harmful Text and Email Messages
MouseMail.com creates a safe environment for children by putting parents in control of their children’s online and phone communications

Press Release Source: On Thursday January 6, 2011, 8:00 am EST
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Jan. 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — In conjunction with the Consumer Electronics Show, Safe Communications, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SGTB.pkNews) on Thursday will open beta registration for MouseMail.com, the revolutionary patent-pending online security service that protects children from vulgar, sexual or bullying emails, text messages and social networking interactions. This free service allows parents to screen emails and text messages and monitor other online activity for questionable or objectionable content.

MouseMail.com is the only messaging platform that flags and blocks messages containing offensive, bullying or sexually-suggestive language before the child receives them, while allowing for communication with approved contacts. The fully-operational beta phase launches Jan. 6 with several new services designed to create a safe digital environment for children.

“Technological advancements have done great things for our children’s education, but they have also made virtually all kids more vulnerable to cyber-bullying and online predators,” said former Secretary of Education and Drug Czar William J. Bennett, a senior advisor to Safe Communications. “We can never do enough to keep our children safe. The tools MouseMail.com provides alert parents to their children’s email, text messaging and social networking activity without hindering their access to the benefits of technology.”

The Active Email Filtering and Active Text Filtering services of MouseMail.com will now be available free for parents. Text messages and emails that contain inappropriate, suggestive or threatening words or phrases are automatically blocked. Text messages and emails from unapproved senders will be held for parental screening before being delivered to a child’s device.

“MouseMail.com services give parents no-cost control and peace of mind,” said John P. Venners, President of Safe Communications, Inc. “Children’s access to these technologies is a fact of life, and parental involvement in their digital communications is vital to keeping them safe. Safe Communications’ goal with MouseMail.com is to provide a free and easy-to-use way for parents to take control from online predators and bullies and creating a safe digital environment for our children.”

The next generation of technology, to be released later this month, also marks the integration of several new features that add extra security on top of the filtering services. Social Website Scanning and Global Scan Technology monitor social networking sites – including Facebook, Twitter, Myspace and YouTube – as well as blogs and other websites for questionable content posted on the child’s page or written about them by another user.

“The emerging and evolving technologies driving online communications are shaping our children’s generation, so it’s vital that they learn how to use them responsibly,” said Les Ottolenghi, chairman of the board of Safe Communications and founder of AgentWare Inc., INTENT MediaWorks and Fuzebox Inc. “MouseMail.com allows kids to experiment with these technologies while alerting parents to potential problems.”

The Dangers Confronting Our Children

Three out of four 12- to 17-year-olds own a cell phone.

Fully 88 percent of teen cell phone users send text messages, with more than half of all teens sending text messages daily.

Between 20 and 40 percent of children and teens have been cyber-bullied.

At least 15 percent and as many as one in five teens have sent sexually suggestive photos of themselves to someone else.

Three out of four parents are unsatisfied with the privacy protections offered by social networking sites, while 79 percent of teenagers think their friends share too much personal information online.

WebTXT Filtering http://www.mousemail.com/2011/04/webtxt-filtering/ http://www.mousemail.com/2011/04/webtxt-filtering/#comments Tue, 12 Apr 2011 21:19:46 +0000 http://mmdev.digitaldogs.com/?p=999 [...]]]> MouseMail uses Active Filtering to scan every WebTXT message for inappropriate content, as well as non-approved contacts.

WebTXT provides the ability to send a WebTXT message from MouseMail.com to any cell phone. This feature is great for children that want to stay in touch with Mom, Dad, and other approved contacts.

WebTXT uses Active filtering technology to scan for inappropriate content so parents can rest assured that their children will not be exposed to objectionable content while enjoying this feature. Furthermore, WebTXT messages can only be received from parent-approved contacts, preventing bullies or child predators from communicating with your child. MouseMail.com scans all incoming and outgoing WebTXT messages sent from within the MouseMail website to either a mobile phone or to another MouseMail user. This filtering allows parents to monitor their children’s communications, giving the parents a chance to talk with their child if an issue arises before that issue becomes serious.

Safe Communications Forms New Corporate Security Division http://www.mousemail.com/2010/11/safe-communications-forms-new-corporate-security-division/ http://www.mousemail.com/2010/11/safe-communications-forms-new-corporate-security-division/#comments Mon, 29 Nov 2010 16:26:36 +0000 http://68.64.37.229/?p=228 [...]]]> NEW GROUP, HEADED UP BY SECURITY EXPERT CHUCK VANCE, TO CONCENTRATE ON INTERNAL RETAIL AND CORPORATE THEFT

Press Release Source: Safe Communications Inc. On Monday November 29, 2010, 8:00 am EST

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Nov. 29, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — SAFE COMMUNICATIONS, INC, (Pink Sheets:SGTB.pkNews) announced today that the company has formed a new corporate security division that will concentrate on reducing internal theft for corporations and retail store outlets. The new division, “MaskMail” will be headed up by international security expert, Chuck Vance. Mr. Vance is also on Safe Communications’ Child Cyber Safety Advisory Board. It is contemplated that that new “MaskMail” website will be launched in the next two weeks.

The new division will employ the company’s patent pending, anonymous reporting system to enable customers to receive anonymous reports of theft and other wrongdoing. The company is contemplating the possible distribution of a portion of the new corporate security division’s shares to company stockholders as of some future record date, which the company is working on but has yet to be determined.

A recent National Retail Security Survey showed total retail losses cost retailers $33.5 billion last year. According to the survey, the largest percentage of retail shrinkage last year was due to employee theft, at$14.4 billion, accounting for 43 percent of total losses.

John Venners, Safe Communications President stated:

“Our corporate/retail security system, using our anonymous technology, has been successfully tested over the past few years, and we feel now is the time to deploy it on a large scale basis. Our anonymous MaskMail system will be one of the only ones available that is a third party system, allowing customers and employees to report theft and wrongdoing without fear of repercussions or getting discovered. With the current struggling economy, corporate and retail theft has increased and we feel the time is excellent to pursue this business. However, we do not feel this system should be combined with the Safe Communications children’s web site and we are therefore creating a new division for this business. This will separate the two businesses, and also, in a move to enhance shareholder value, we are contemplating spinning a portion of this division off to Safe Communications shareholders in the near future. We feel there is nobody better than Chuck Vance to run this division. His Secret Service background and previous track record in building Vance International into one of the largest security firms speaks for itself.”

Mr. Vance stated:

“With retail shrinkage in the U.S. at $33.5 billion and worldwide corporate fraud costing the global economy more than $2.9 trillion in 2009, there is a desperate need for new technology to first prevent crime and second to report crime at the workplace. Corporate and retail fraud, as well as sexual harassment, workplace violence, use of drugs, compliance violations, fair contracting violations (Sarbanes-Oxley), etc. costs companies billions more in lawsuits, absenteeism, and public relations. MaskMail is a simple, confidential, but effective way for companies to be tipped off by employees, vendors, suppliers, and others, so that a company may investigate, mitigate and take action against employees and others who are damaging their company–and the company’s bottom line. Far superior to the telephone call-in “tip lines” that have been moderately effective in the past, an anonymous e-mail system gives the sender more confidence (no voice identification), clearer understanding (written word versus spoken), and a more complete and thorough reporting (through the use of well thought out questions and prompts). MaskMail customers should realize a quick return on investment from our product. .”

The patent pending, anonymous reporting system allows subscribers to set up anonymous emails for their employees and for customers to report wrongdoing at the workplace or bad service at their stores. Using its anonymous email capability, considered among the most advanced anonymous reporting technologies, the system gives business owners the ability to set up an email template, address it to themselves or other management personnel, and allow workers to send that email to the management anonymously.

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Nov. 18, 2010 /PRNewswire/ — Safe Communications Inc. (Pink Sheets:SGTB.pkNews) today launched www.AnonymousTips.com, a new online tool to help students, parents, and teachers report bullies and cyber-harassment by providing a free, safe and secure way to inform school administrators and law enforcement officials of bullying activity. Completely anonymous, the new site allows bullied students an avenue to share information with authorities without fear of reprisal.

“Cyberbullying has become a major problem in our schools, causing psychological harm to our nation’s youth and interfering with the educational process,” said William J. Bennett, former U.S. Secretary of Education. “Now students have a safe and effective tool for reporting abuse and improving safety for themselves and their classmates.”

2009 study by the National Institutes of Health found that more than half of students in grades 6 through 10 reported being verbally or socially bullied. One in five students was bullied physically, while one in seven reported being cyber-bullied. The emerging problem of cyber-bullying is especially dangerous because bullied students are more likely to show signs of depression, according to a recent NIH study.

“Recent tragedies involving bullied students have highlighted the urgent need to address the bullying epidemic,” said Safe Communications Inc. Child Cyber-Safety Advisory Board Chairman Charles Vance, a 14-year veteran of the U.S. Secret Service. “AnonymousTips.com fosters the collaborative atmosphere we need to get students, parents, and officials working together to stop bullying and keep our kids safe.”

AnonymousTips.com also allows parents and teachers to take a proactive role in protecting our children by reporting problems they see and by encouraging children to report bullying without fear of reprisal. The free site allows users to locate the proper authorities in schools, police departments or government offices, and anonymously tip them off to bullying problems in the community.

“Parental involvement goes a long way in fighting bullying,” said Donna Rice Hughes, a Child Cyber-Safety Advisory Board member and president of Enough is Enough, a web site devoted to protecting children from online dangers. “Parents who take a proactive role can prevent their kids from becoming bullies or victims of bullies by encouraging communication and honesty, especially when it comes to reporting bullying.”

AnonymousTips.com’s system is independent of any school district or government, so informers can be confident that they are protected from being identified. It can be used to report any kind of bullying, including physical bullying, cyber-bullying and internet harassment, child and domestic abuse, gang or drug activity, and other suspicious or illegal activities.

Schools and agencies across the country have already signed up to receive tips via AnonymousTips.com, and more are coming on board every day. Parents should encourage their local school and police officials to register with AnonymousTips.com to streamline the process of sharing this important and often time-sensitive information.

The 35 years that Mr. Hillard spent protecting and serving the citizens of Chicago, including a distinguished tenure as superintendent of police, were marked by a compassion for individuals and a commitment to offer creative programs that made the community safer. Today, he draws on his leadership abilities, remarkable expertise and concern for each person he meets in his role as a security advisor.

As superintendent of police, Hillard led more than 13,500 sworn officers who comprise the nation’s second largest police department and earned a national reputation as a results driven police chief. Mr. Hillard was one of the architects of the Enhanced Drug and Gang Enforcement Program. In this program, drug trafficking areas were saturated with police, and crime statistics quickly dropped. He also established special teams to combat gang problems in schools, reduce the backlog of criminal investigations and protect community assets by lowering the incidence of vandalism and graffiti.

In all of his endeavors, Hillard’s remarkable accomplishments are underscored by a genuine sense of compassion. “It is that sense of caring that is the most important to me,” he explains. “In the end, success is about integrity, morals and loyalty to the organization where you work and to the men and women on your team.”

Item 9. THE NATURE OF THE ISSUER’S BUSINESS:

In the new digital world, text messaging and emailing are the primary ways most people communicate. There are many positives to this, but negatives as well. Flooding the news waves recently is the problem of bullying, which is becoming an epidemic throughout the World. Sexting, or teenagers sending messages with nude pictures of themselves or other sexual content to multiple recipients, has become another major problem. Pedophiles and child molesters use the Internet to set up unsuspecting children for meetings, where the child gets kidnapped and/or sexually abused. Use of cell phones in schools for texting during classes is also a major problem for teachers.

There are a variety of products available to counteract some of these problems, but none that cover everything. Safe Communications, Inc. (SAFE) is building a secure, protected web site for children, teenagers or anyone wanting to protect themselves or others from abuse stemming from vulgar, sexual or bullying emails or txt messages. With newly developed, patent pending technology, the SAFE site will filter and screen all incoming and outgoing emails or txt messages for potentially harmful content. If the content is questionable, the email/text is automatically blocked from reaching the child and forwarded to the parent for clearance. Once the parent approves the content, he/she can forward it to the child. For younger children, the site will have a function that allows parents to approve any contacts that the child has. Correspondence sent by or to the child by unapproved contacts will be diverted to the parent for approval. Another problem facing teachers in school is the constant use of text messaging during classes. With our patent-pending system, a parent can program the cell phone to only have access to text messaging during certain hours, or the parent can turn the cell messaging off during school hours.

The SAFE website is being developed to screen web mail (such as Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) and text messages from all carriers (such as Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, Sprint, etc). The site is expected to include the functionality to also screen social networks, such as Facebook and Twitter. Using proprietary licensed technology, the site is being designed to allow parents to search the internet for any mention of a child on blogs, Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, and other social sites, reporting these conversations to the parent monthly, weekly or daily.

The SAFE website is still under development and the Issuer may encounter difficulty in including one or more of the planned functionalities into the SAFE site.

The SAFE website will contain resources advising parents how to handle children that are being bullied or doing the bullying, and where to go to for help for these problems. The website will contain daily news on bullying, sexting and any new methods or laws, or proposed legislation dealing with the problem.

ANONYMOUS TIPS: This is a tip line that is truly anonymous. The tip line will be linked to various law enforcement agencies and schools throughout the country. A sender need only click on the State and city in which the school or law enforcement agency is located, report the problem on a template and send the message. The email cannot be traced back to the sender.

The Issuer believes that the Safe Communications web site will be the safest, most informative portal on the internet to counteract the bullying/sexting problem via email or text messaging. The email, texting and Anonymous Tips technology will be free to all subscribers.

Item 10. THE NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE ISSUER’S FACILITIES:

The Issuer currently occupies approximately 4,500 square feet of office space located at 7740 E. Evans Road, Scottsdale, Arizona 85260.

On Wednesday August 11, 2010, 8:00 am EDT

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Aug. 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Safe Communications, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SGTB.pk – News) (a.k.a. The Suggestion Box, Inc.) today launched www.MouseMail.com, its patent pending, safe digital environment for children, protecting them from vulgar, sexual or bullying emails or text messages. If any incoming or outgoing emails or text messages have questionable content, they are automatically forwarded to the parent to clear before going to the child or stopped from going through. MouseMail.com is the only known text messaging platform that flags and blocks messages containing offensive, bullying or sexually suggestive language before the child receives them, allowing moms and dads to stay one step ahead of those who would do harm to their children. With the new technology, texting can be accessed through the MouseMail.com website and adapted to smart phones.

“This is about preventing objectionable messages before they reach your child, not reacting to them after the damage has been done,” said former Secretary of Education and Drug Czar Dr. William J. Bennett, a senior advisor to Safe Communications. “We can never do enough to keep our children safe. The tragedy is when we do too little. No parent should ever have to say, ‘If only I had done more.’”

“MouseMail.com puts moms and dads in control, provides peace of mind and puts predators out of business,” said John P. Venners, president of Safe Communications, Inc. “Kids today are going to live a digital life. MouseMail.com keeps them safe.” Venners stated that the Beta Test launch would allow parents the opportunity to visit the web site, obtain an overview of the platform and its capabilities and provide early subscription sign up from home computers.

Unless the text or email sender/message has been approved by the parent, the communication will not be delivered to the child’s device. Text messages containing inappropriate or suggestive words, phrases or threats are automatically blocked. Common misspellings and texting shortcuts are also blocked. Parents can set times when texting is allowed, with different rules for different approved contacts, while ensuring the parents can always contact their children, but disallowing messages during school hours or late at night. For example, parents can turn off the texting capability during school hours, only allowing persons designated by the parent to get through.

In a poll released today by Frank Luntz, 78 percent of parents said they are concerned about the values and behavior of their children’s peers and 54 percent believe their kids are exposed to negative influences on the web, email and texting. Almost two-thirds – 65 percent – of parents say they get their child a cell phone because they want them to have one, not because the kids want one.

Cell phones and text messaging are now integral parts of the lives of most children and teenagers. According to the Pew Research Center, three out of four 12-17 year-olds own a cell phone. Fully 88 percent of teen cell phone users send text messages, with more than half of all teens sending text messages daily. One in three teens sends more than 100 text messages a day.(1)

Cyber bullying and “sexting” are an unfortunate reality of this activity. Between 20 and 40 percent of children and teens have been cyber bullied.(2) At least 15 percent(3) and as many as one in five teens(4) have sent sexually suggestive photos of themselves to someone else.

MouseMail.com works with computers or any web-enabled phones and comes in two versions. MouseMail.com is intended for children. CoolYou.com is the version for teenagers.

MouseMail.com is also an all-inclusive, first-time Internet experience for young children. It offers a safe environment for children to learn how to send emails, keep a calendar and enjoy age-appropriate online games. It can be an educational tool for children as much as it is a safety measure for parents.

The Suggestion Box Files Patents for a New Website Protecting Children From Predators or Abuse on the Internet http://www.mousemail.com/2010/05/the-suggestion-box-files-patents-for-a-new-website-protecting-children-from-predators-or-abuse-on-the-internet/ http://www.mousemail.com/2010/05/the-suggestion-box-files-patents-for-a-new-website-protecting-children-from-predators-or-abuse-on-the-internet/#comments Sun, 09 May 2010 16:15:15 +0000 http://68.64.37.229/?p=206 [...]]]> SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., May 3, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – The Suggestion Box, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SGTB) announced today that the company filed two sets of patents surrounding a new, safe way for children and teenagers to send emails to friends and family. With newly developed, patent pending technology, this site will filter and screen all incoming and outgoing email messages for bad or undesirable content. If the content is questionable, the email is automatically forwarded to the parent for clearance. Once seen, the parent can forward it to the child or stop it from going any further. The parents will also be able to approve or disapprove any new contacts the child will want to correspond with. Any emails coming in from someone that has not been approved will automatically be diverted to the parent for their approval.

In the new age of technology, text messaging and emailing are the primary ways people now correspond. There are many positives to this, but negatives as well. Flooding the news waves recently is the problem of sexting, or teenagers sending messages with nude pictures of themselves or other sexual content to multiple recipients. Bullying is another problem in schools and is prevalent in texting. Pedophiles and child molesters use the Internet to set up unsuspecting children for meetings, where the child gets kidnapped and/or sexually abused. This new system will eliminate the majority of suspect emails getting through to the child. The primary goal of this new website, www.MouseMail.com, will be to protect children from being exposed to any of the above.

The company has also developed and filed patents on a point system which is configured to allow a parent or other third parties, such as a school teacher, to assign tasks and create calendars for children where they can earn points when a task is completed or a school question is answered correctly. There is a bank in the system so that the child and parents will know how many points the child has to spend at any time. The company expects the points to be redeemable by the child at numerous merchants, both online and off. The system will also allow school teachers to access the calendars in order to post assignments for the children. The web site will have over 100 free games at inception.

The company expects to launch the web site in the very near future. To be added to our launch announcement, please register at www.MouseMail.com.
