SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., June 2, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — SAFE COMMUNICATIONS, INC., (Pink Sheets:SGTB.pk – News) (“Safe”) announced today that the company has completed its acquisition of Northsight Capital, Inc., a fully reporting OTCBB shell company (“NCAP”) (OTC Bulletin Board:NCAP.ob – News).  John P. Venners, President of Safe, was appointed interim President and a director of NCAP.

Safe currently intends to cause NCAP to complete a reverse merger with SAFE’s newly formed corporate security division, NCAP Security Systems, Inc.  Once this transaction is consummated,  as presently planned, Safe would retain an approximate 88% equity interest in NCAP, post merger. Under this plan, Safe would spin off of a major part of the post merger NCAP to shareholders of Safe as of a future record date (one share of NCAP for every two shares of Safe). Completion of any transaction involving NCAP would be subject to customary conditions, including board approvals.

As superintendent of police, Hillard led more than 13,500 sworn officers who comprise the nation’s second largest police department and earned a national reputation as a results driven police chief. Prior to that, he earned accolades as the first African American chief of detectives and deputy chief of patrol in Area Two on Chicago‘s South Side.

Mr. Hillard’s accomplishments reflect his extraordinary sensitivity to individuals. When he established a new Domestic Violence Program, he took steps to reduce the burden on crime victims by creating a policy in which the same detective was always assigned to investigate repeat reports from the same victim. He also opened new lines of communication with the public as part of the Chicago Alternative Policing Strategy (CAPS) program.

Mr. Hillard was one of the architects of the Enhanced Drug and Gang Enforcement Program. In this program, drug trafficking areas were saturated with police, and crime statistics quickly dropped. He also established special teams to combat gang problems in schools, reduce the backlog of criminal investigations and protect community assets by lowering the incidence of vandalism and graffiti.

In all of his endeavors, Hillard’s remarkable accomplishments are underscored by a genuine sense of compassion. “It is that sense of caring that is the most important to me,” he explains. “In the end, success is about integrity, morals and loyalty to the organization where you work and to the men and women on your team.”

Mr. Hillard enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps in 1963, served 13 months in Vietnam and received four medals and a Presidential Unit Citation. He entered theChicago Police Training Academy in 1968 and served as a police officer in several districts and as a specialist in the Gang Crimes Unit. In 1975, he was shot twice and seriously wounded while apprehending a suspect who had shot four suburban police officers. He subsequently received the Chicago Police Medal, an Award of Valor.

Mr. Hillard holds Bachelor and Master degrees in Corrections from Chicago State University. In addition, he has completed training through the Police Executive Research Forum (PERF), the FBI National Academy, the FBI National Executive Institute and the U.S. Secret Service Dignitary Protection Course.

Lewis University, Saint Xavier University and Calumet College of St. Joseph have bestowed honorary doctoral degrees on him. He holds a Top Secret Security Clearance.

In the new digital world, text messaging and emailing are the primary ways most people communicate. There are many positives to this, but negatives as well. Flooding the news waves recently is the problem of bullying, which is becoming an epidemic throughout the World. Sexting, or teenagers sending messages with nude pictures of themselves or other sexual content to multiple recipients, has become another major problem. Pedophiles and child molesters use the Internet to set up unsuspecting children for meetings, where the child gets kidnapped and/or sexually abused. Use of cell phones in schools for texting during classes is also a major problem for teachers.

There are a variety of products available to counteract some of these problems, but none that cover everything. Safe Communications, Inc. (SAFE) is building a secure, protected web site for children, teenagers or anyone wanting to protect themselves or others from abuse stemming from vulgar, sexual or bullying emails or txt messages. With newly developed, patent pending technology, the SAFE site will filter and screen all incoming and outgoing emails or txt messages for potentially harmful content. If the content is questionable, the email/text is automatically blocked from reaching the child and forwarded to the parent for clearance. Once the parent approves the content, he/she can forward it to the child. For younger children, the site will have a function that allows parents to approve any contacts that the child has. Correspondence sent by or to the child by unapproved contacts will be diverted to the parent for approval. Another problem facing teachers in school is the constant use of text messaging during classes. With our patent-pending system, a parent can program the cell phone to only have access to text messaging during certain hours, or the parent can turn the cell messaging off during school hours.

The SAFE website is being developed to screen web mail (such as Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) and text messages from all carriers (such as Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, Sprint, etc). The site is expected to include the functionality to also screen social networks, such as Facebook and Twitter. Using proprietary licensed technology, the site is being designed to allow parents to search the internet for any mention of a child on blogs, Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, and other social sites, reporting these conversations to the parent monthly, weekly or daily.

The SAFE website is still under development and the Issuer may encounter difficulty in including one or more of the planned functionalities into the SAFE site.

The SAFE website will contain resources advising parents how to handle children that are being bullied or doing the bullying, and where to go to for help for these problems. The website will contain daily news on bullying, sexting and any new methods or laws, or proposed legislation dealing with the problem.

ANONYMOUS TIPS: This is a tip line that is truly anonymous. The tip line will be linked to various law enforcement agencies and schools throughout the country. A sender need only click on the State and city in which the school or law enforcement agency is located, report the problem on a template and send the message. The email cannot be traced back to the sender.

The Issuer believes that the Safe Communications web site will be the safest, most informative portal on the internet to counteract the bullying/sexting problem via email or text messaging. The email, texting and Anonymous Tips technology will be free to all subscribers.

John Venners: President/CEO –

Mr. Venners has over 35 years of experience in developing and managing private and public companies. He began his business career after working at the White House Office of Emergency Preparedness during the 1973-74 national crises. He was co-founder of KFx, Inc. which traded on the NYSE. In addition, he teamed up with Sumitomo Corp to introduce new, innovative technologies to the North American market. Venners founded and managed numerous entities involved in international trade. He has been quoted on numerous occasions, including in the Wall Street Journal, Business Week, the New York Times, the Washington Post, and has traveled the world extensively on behalf of his various business ventures.

David Garafano: COO –

Mr. Garafano is a visionary executive with high-tech experience ranging from semiconductors to complex network communications systems. He is an expert at developing and executing high-tech business strategies and has led several businesses to financial success. He is the founder of DCG Consulting and Advisory Services, a firm that specializes in helping companies develop advanced technologies and achieve world class business results. Unless the text or email sender/message has been approved by the parent, the communication will not be delivered to the child’s device. Text messages containing inappropriate or suggestive words, phrases or threats are automatically blocked. Common misspellings and texting shortcuts are also blocked. Parents can set times when texting is allowed, with different rules for different approved contacts, while ensuring the parents can always contact their children, but disallowing messages during school hours or late at night. For example, parents can turn off the texting capability during school hours, only allowing persons designated by the parent to get through.

In a poll released today by Frank Luntz, 78 percent of parents said they are concerned about the values and behavior of their children’s peers and 54 percent believe their kids are exposed to negative influences on the web, email and texting.
